Corporate Portrait Photography : BPKH Annual Report Project

For this Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH) Annual Report project, I was entrusted with creating a series of corporate portraits that would be used as key visual elements throughout the publication. The challenge wasn’t only about lighting or technical execution—it was about capturing a natural, confident presence in a limited timeframe, while keeping the tone aligned with the organization’s values.

Each session often lasted no more than 15 to 30 minutes. Within that short time, I aimed to build quick rapport so the expressions would come across as honest and composed. Backgrounds and angles were selected carefully to reflect both the personality of the subject and the larger visual consistency of the report.

These portraits were then integrated into the report’s layout—accompanied by graphics, color accents, and typography that together told a cohesive story of the institution. For me, corporate portraiture in this context is more than just documenting appearances; it’s about reinforcing leadership identity and making institutional communication feel more human.
