Thrilled to share the news that PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk. (ANJ) achieved the top honor, winning 1st place in ‘The Non-Financial Public Listed Company Category’ at the 2023 Annual Report Awards (ARA). Personally, after years seeing the dedication and impressive teamwork at ANJ, this recognition felt like it was just a matter of time – with a dash of luck, of course.

Special thanks to the all ANJ’s family, especially the annual report’s warrior team, for letting me contribute through visual consept and contents. And naturally, we relied on a visual storytelling approach to bring each page to life.

The ARA is an annual awards event given to companies in recognition of their information disclosure and good corporate governance practices. Now in its 19th year, ARA aims to advance governance practices and embed sustainability in strategic planning and business processes. The award criteria align with disclosure standards for both Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports.

The visual storytelling approach in the development of this ANJ’s sustainability report offers compelling advantages. By leveraging visual elements such as photos, graphics, and captivating designs, the report becomes more engaging and easily comprehensible. Visual storytelling effectively conveys key messages, strengthens the company’s narrative, and enhances reader engagement.
